Tobi is an amazing artist and teacher. If you want any permanent make up done she is the #1 artist to go to. She did my brows and I get compliments everyday. I have watvhef her work on other clients and she really listens to what you want and gives you the results to match. If you want to learn how to do the PMU. Her class at NYIB is the best!
